Loafers Artisan is a busy wholesale bakery that started in 2009 as a single stall at the Subiaco Farmers Market. Today, we supply over 300 cafés, hospitality venues, and mine sites across Western Australia – and we’re still growing!

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Casual Packer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced bakery setting, so we are looking for someone who is prepared to work hard, stay focused and work efficiently as part of a team. Flexibility required to work additional shifts, including relieving afternoon/night packing shifts when needed.

What you'll be doing

- Packing bread and bakery products accurately and efficiently

- Preparing and palletising boxes and orders for dispatch

- Cleaning trays and equipment

- Keeping packing and production areas clean and organised

- Assisting with other production and packing tasks as required

- Following food safety, workplace safety and Loafers Artisan procedures

- Working as part of the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

What we're looking for





- Reliability is essential – we need someone who turns up on time and is committed to their rostered shifts

- Flexibility to work different shifts when required, including weekends and afternoon/night shifts

- A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Good time management and the ability to follow instructions

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

- Ability to undertake the physical requirements of a packing and production role

- A positive, team-focused attitude

- Previous experience in a bakery, food production, warehouse or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
