Early Years Educators – Diploma

- Band 4, Starting Full-Time salary $72,038 plus superannuation (Increasing October 2026)

The Roles

Do you have a passion for the education, care and supervision of children within a long day care facility and want to be part of a team that has a reputation for delivering high-quality education and care programs? We currently have several full time and part-time ongoing positions available for Early Years Educators across our friendly, intimate and established Early Learning Centres - Annie Galvin in Bendigo and Helen Jessen in Strathdale.

We are looking for staff with Early Childhood Diploma qualifications who have a great skill set and looking to shape the lives of children and families every day. Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available, including shifts of 5 hours per day between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Please indicate your preferred employment arrangement (full-time or part-time) within your application.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be committed to working in a child safe environment, be highly motivated and passionate about providing a secure, supportive environment for the needs of young children in care. You will have strong communication skills, be flexible and can work as part of a team. Requirements of the role include:





- Relevant Diploma Qualification
- First Aid Level 2 - CPR and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- GECCKO- Foundations of Child Safe Training
- Protecting Children - mandatory training

This role requires a pre-employment medical, satisfactory police records check and an Employee Working with Children Check.
