Cabinet Maker Apprentice – Toser Design

Toser Design is a 100% family-owned and operated South Australian company with almost 30 years’ experience designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing high-quality kitchens and cabinetry. We work with some of Australia’s most trusted builders and proudly provide stable, long-term employment in our local community. We also manufacture our own benchtops and operate an in-house paint shop.

We are currently seeking 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Cabinet Makers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term trade career with a well-established joinery company, with opportunities available across both the north and south.

About the Role
Based at either our 5,000sqm manufacturing facility in Lonsdale or our 4,000sqm facility in Wingfield, you will work alongside qualified tradespeople while completing your Certificate III in Cabinet Making. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential and commercial cabinetry projects.

What You’ll Learn
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain experience in:
• Learning installation processes
• Measuring, marking and calculating materials
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Using CNC machines to produce accurate components
• Using computer-aided design systems and manual machinery
• Safe operation of hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery




• Joinery fabrication and assembly
• Surface preparation and finishing
• 2-pack paint processes
• Benchtop fabrication
• Quality control and attention to detail throughout production
