ABOUT THE ROLE:
Red Arrow Australia is on the hunt for an ambitious Recruitment Advisor – Blue Collar to join our thriving recruitment team in Perth. If you know the labour hire and trades recruitment world inside and out, and you light up when you're building relationships across the mining sector, this is your next big move.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar and trades roles briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting standout candidates
- Build and grow a powerhouse network of quality tradespeople, operators and labourers across mining and construction
- Chase down and smash your individual targets
- Team up with the wider Red Arrow crew to deliver a seamless, five-star experience for clients and candidates alike

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:





- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Advisor, ideally within blue collar, trades or labour hire recruitment
- A genuine passion for and understanding of the recruitment industry
- Experience in, or a strong drive towards, the mining, resources and construction sectors
- A confident, resilient, sales-driven mindset with a knack for building trust and long-term client relationships
- Sharp communication
- A highly organised, self-motivated go-getter who thrives on targets in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
