Job brief

We are looking for a professional duty manager with exceptional customer service skills to maintain the standard of our food & beverage service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the front of house areas.

Key Accountabilities

- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to operational challenges
- Ensure our shifts run smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain standards.
- Responsibility for the security of our premises

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role for a licensed premises
- Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills




- Able to problem solve in time critical circumstances.
- Demonstrated food & beverage knowledge
- Cash-handling skills
- Willingness to work a roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Full working rights within Australia

Qualifications

· Hold a current Approved Managers (unrestricted) license

· Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
