Retail Loss Prevention / Security Officer (Full-Time) – Adelaide SA

Baaz Security is seeking qualified, reliable, and customer-focused only Full-Time Retail Loss Prevention / Security Officers to join our growing team across major retail locations throughout Adelaide.

Requirements

- Current SA Security Officer Licence (Essential)
- Based within Adelaide metropolitan and northern areas
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Available Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous retail security or loss prevention experience preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
- Willing and able to travel between multiple sites across Adelaide as required

Key Responsibilities

- Protect customers, staff, and store assets
- Prevent theft and minimise stock loss within retail environments
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Monitor suspicious activity and respond appropriately to incidents
- Conduct customer service duties including greetings, bag checks, and assisting store staff




- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation
- Liaise professionally with store management and team members
- Ensure compliance with company and client procedures

Employment Details

Position Type: Full-Time Only (Part Time not available)

Pay Rate:
Level 2 Security Officer – Above Award Rates
$29.24 – $43.86 per hour (plus applicable penalties and allowances)

Hours:
38–40 hours per week, with additional hours available for high-performing team members.

- Current SA Security Officer Licence
