About the role

Full-time, Overtime available when required. A hands-on Yard Person role at our Maryland dealership, working around earthmoving machinery in a role that involves keeping the workplace SAFE, organised and helping wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

- General yard duties and housekeeping

- Loading and unloading machinery, attachments and deliveries

- Moving equipment safely around the yard

- Assisting our Sales, Parts and Service teams when required

- Cleaning and preparing machinery

- Maintaining a clean, SAFE and organised yard

- General hands-on duties around the dealership

About you

- Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL

- Current Driver Licence

- Robust work ethic and a genuine can-do attitude

- Reliable,



punctual and willing to work as part of a team

- Comfortable working safely around heavy machinery

- Ability to work independently and use initiative

- Previous experience in earthmoving, transport, warehousing, mechanical or similar industries would be highly regarded
