We're looking for a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Installations Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our business, coordinating the journey from check measure to installation while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our Installations Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our customers, supervisors, installers, and office team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling and coordinating installation appointments

- Booking and managing check measures

- Liaising with building supervisors and installers

- Communicating with customers and keeping them updated

- Managing and updating job information within SM8

- Monitoring installation schedules and resolving scheduling challenges

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Providing administrative and operational support across the business





- Assisting wherever needed as part of our close-knit team

To succeed in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys a challenge, can think on your feet, and remains calm when priorities change.

You'll have:

- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Confidence working independently and as part of a small team

- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Experience using SM8 (highly regarded)
