About WA Custom Glass

WA Custom Glass is a well-established, locally owned business specialising in high-quality window and door solutions for residential customers, with a growing presence in the builder and trade market.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional who genuinely lives and breathes sales and wants to play a key role in growing the business.

This is not an entry-level role.

The Role

You will be responsible for generating and closing sales through a mix of residential in-home consultations and proactive business development with builders and trade partners.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Conducting in-home sales consultations with residential customers

- Selling high-value window and door solutions

- Building and developing relationships with builders, renovators and trade clients

- Managing your own pipeline and follow-ups

- Confidently negotiating and closing sales face-to-face

- Representing WA Custom Glass professionally at all times

Our current sales representatives consistently achieve $150,000 – $350,000 in sales per month.

What We Offer

- Base salary: $70,000 per annum

- Uncapped commission: 1%

- Expected OTE: $95,000 – $125,000+

This Role Is For You If You:

- Have a proven track record in face-to-face or in-home sales

- Are confident closing deals during appointments (not just quoting and following up)

- Are competitive, driven, and accountable for your own results

- Enjoy building rapport and long-term customer relationships

- Want stable employment with strong earning potential

Highly regarded experience includes:

- Windows and doors

- Home renovations

- Solar, kitchens, bathrooms or patios

- Building products or construction-related sales

This Role Is NOT For You If:

- You struggle to close sales in person

- You rely heavily on discounting to win work

- You prefer retail or counter sales roles

- You require constant supervision to perform

Requirements

- Full Australian driver’s licence

- Right to work in Australia

- Professional presentation and communication skills

- Comfortable using basic technology (CRM, phone, email)

- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
