As a Field Service Diesel Fitter based in Cairns, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy equipment in the field. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for our customers while helping maximise equipment performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot faults to maximise equipment reliability and uptime.
- Provide technical support and practical solutions to customers.
- Complete detailed service reports, including fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Analyse machine data and onboard computer system downloads.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust commitment to safety and report hazards or incidents.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure accurate completion of timesheets and service documentation.
- Support branch operations and assist team members as required.
