We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Taubmans Morley store and become part of a team that takes pride in building genuine relationships and delivering great customer experiences every day.

The setup

· Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week)

· Monday to Friday roster between 6:30am and 4:30pm

· Occasional Saturday shifts as required

· Based at our Morley Trade Centre

· Full product and systems training provided

How you'll make an impact

Every day looks a little different, but you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll:

· Welcome and assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service

· Build relationships with local trade and retail customers

· Tint and mix paint products to customer requirements

· Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery

· Assist with deliveries using the company vehicle when required

· Help manage stock and maintain store presentation

· Support the Store Manager and wider team with day-to-day operations

· Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace

· Are comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day

· Hold a valid driver's licence

Experience in retail, customer service, hardware, trade supply, warehousing or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded, but it's not essential.

Paint experience is not required.
