The setup

- Full-time permanent position

- Monday to Saturday roster

- Based at our Morley Trade Centre

- Company vehicle available for work-related travel

How you'll make an impact

This isn't a leadership role from behind a desk.

You'll be on the shop floor, working alongside your team, supporting customers and driving the day-to-day success of the store.

You'll:

- Lead, coach and develop your team

- Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers

- Drive sales growth and identify local business opportunities

- Maintain high standards across service, safety and store presentation

- Manage inventory and operational performance
