What are we looking for?

An ideal candidate will possess:
- Class 2 Strata license
- 1–2 years’ experience in Strata Management, or relevant Assistant Strata Manager experience with a desire to progress
- a positive and professional attitude
- energy and commitment in day-to-day tasks
- excellent communication skills
- a team-oriented mindset
- organisational precision
- technical knowledge of relevant legislation
- ability to travel and work from our Sydney CBD office
- ability to travel to client sites as required.
