Senior Development and Investment Manager (Built Form)

Our client

A private property developer and investment group with an established portfolio across Western Australia. The group takes a long-term approach to its projects, with a focus on quality outcomes for both investors and the communities in which it develops.

The opportunity

As Senior Development and Investment Manager, you will manage projects from inception to completion. You will balance design quality, community outcomes and commercial performance across every stage of the lifecycle, from feasibility and funding through to construction and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end delivery spanning feasibility, design development, approvals, procurement and construction
- Building strong relationships with consultants, architects, development partners and government authorities
- Preparing and interpreting feasibility assessments and monitoring project performance against key milestones
- Managing development risks and driving projects through planning and statutory processes




- Shaping project strategy to support innovation, growth and commercial success

About you

You are a proactive, commercially minded development professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You value autonomy, place-making, and strong community outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, construction, architecture, engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex developments through the full lifecycle
- Strong financial and project planning skills, including feasibility analysis
- A solutions-focused approach to identifying risks and overcoming project challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
