About the Role

You'll join our maintenance team, working on the beautifully finished projects our construction crews hand over — keeping them looking as good as the day they were completed. It's hands-on, varied work: mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, weeding and spraying across a range of sites.

You'll be part of a close-knit, friendly crew where your work genuinely matters to the end result our clients see. We're after someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative, and jump in to help teammates when needed — while also being trusted to manage your own patch independently.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance

- Hands-on experience with mowers, whipper snippers and ride-on mowers

- Solid know-how in weeding,



spraying, pruning and mowing

- A White Card and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain these — we can help with timing)

- Strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach to your work

- A reliable, hardworking attitude and genuine pride in doing things properly

- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset

- The right to work in Australia or New Zealand
