Role Overview

In this key leadership role, you will oversee both the strategic direction and daily execution of sales and marketing for our Air Conditioning and Solar Battery Storage divisions. You will manage and mentor our sales team, drive lead generation across digital and offline channels, and ensure high sales conversion rates and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Air Conditioning Sales Management

- Lead, train and support the air conditioning sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Develop sales strategies for residential and commercial air conditioning services, including split, multi-split and ducted systems.

- Manage lead allocation, customer follow-ups, site inspection bookings, quotations and sales conversion.

- Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Build relationships with customers, builders, property managers and referral partners.

- Coordinate with installation and administration teams to ensure accurate sales information and a smooth customer handover.

Marketing Management – Air Conditioning & Battery Storage





- Develop and manage marketing plans for both the air conditioning and battery storage businesses.

- Plan and coordinate digital advertising across RedNote, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other relevant channels.

- Manage social media content, website updates, promotional materials and brand messaging.

- Work with external marketing agencies, designers and internal teams to deliver campaigns.

- Develop product promotions, seasonal campaigns and customer referral programs.

- Coordinate offline marketing activities, including community events, exhibitions and local promotions.

- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, including lead quality, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and return on marketing spend.

- Work closely with both sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

- Liaise with suppliers and brand partners on joint promotions and marketing support.

Job Requirements / About You

- Sales Leadership: Proven experience in HVAC or Solar Battery sales, including sales team management.

- Industry Marketing Experience: Demonstrated marketing experience, ideally within the HVAC, solar, battery storage or home improvement industries.

- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to liaise with diverse clients, partners, and internal teams.

- Digital Advertising & Lead Generation: Experience planning and managing digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.

- Track Record of Success: A track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.

- HVAC Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of air conditioning products and installation processes.

- Solar & Battery Expertise: Understanding of solar battery products and customer needs is highly desirable.

- Budget & Agency Management: Experience managing marketing budgets, external agencies and campaign reporting.

- Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

- Data Analysis & Optimization: Ability to analyse sales and marketing data and implement practical improvements.
