About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral role across all stages of the sales process — supporting business generation, managing buyer relationships, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns. Working directly with Tom and the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a premium marketplace, while contributing to a consistent pipeline of new opportunities and successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting prospecting and new business generation activities
- Managing and engaging with active and passive buyers
- Assisting with the preparation and launch of new listings
- Providing support throughout sales campaigns, including buyer follow-up and inspections




- Contributing to a high level of client service from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Assisting with post-sale follow-up and ongoing client relationships

About You

- Solid work ethic with a genuine interest in real estate
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients and buyers
- Driven, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Must hold a current driver’s licence
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Agent’s Representative Licence
