About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our café in Windsor. This is a genuine management position for someone who understands café operations, can confidently lead a team and is passionate about providing excellent food, coffee and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the café

- Lead, supervise and motivate front-of-house staff

- Recruit, onboard and train team members

- Maintain excellent customer service standards

- Oversee opening and closing procedures

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships

- Monitor wastage and assist with cost control

- Oversee POS, cash handling and daily reconciliations

- Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards

About you

- Minimum 3 years' café,



restaurant or hospitality management experience

- Strong leadership and people-management skills

- Experience in a busy breakfast/brunch café environment

- Positive understanding of coffee and café operations

- Experience with rostering, ordering and stock control

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills

- Reliable, organised and able to problem-solve under pressure

- Hands-on approach — willing to assist the team during busy service

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
