About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Admin & Sales Support professional to join the Think Cooling team.

This is a varied role where you will become an important link between our customers, sales team, installation team and suppliers. You will help keep jobs moving and customers informed from the initial enquiry right through to installation and follow-up.

If you enjoy taking ownership, keeping on top of the details and making sure things get done properly, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

Your day will be varied and will include:

- Responding to new customer enquiries and helping guide clients through their next steps

- Creating and managing leads, customer information and jobs within JMS (Simpro)

- Following up outstanding sales leads and assisting with customer communications

- Liaising with customers to confirm installation dates, job details and arrival times

- Preparing job documentation, purchase orders and installation information

- Keeping customers proactively informed throughout their experience with Think Cooling

- Following up completed installations to ensure customers are happy with the work

- Assisting with incoming phone calls, emails and general customer enquiries

- Supporting accounts receivable and processing customer payments

- Assisting with stock, equipment and asset management

- Providing general administrative support to keep the office and wider team running smoothly

Most importantly,



you will take ownership of your responsibilities and help ensure that nothing gets missed.

About you

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a positive job.

You don't need to know everything about air conditioning, we can teach you that. What is far more important is your attitude, organisation, communication and willingness to learn.

You will ideally be someone who:

- Is highly organised and enjoys keeping multiple priorities moving

- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers

- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

- Has strong attention to detail

- Naturally follows things through to completion

- Is proactive and solution-focused when challenges arise

- Is comfortable working with systems, processes and procedures

- Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment

- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work

- Is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the workplace

- Is reliable, professional and accountable

Experience with Simpro or within the trades, construction or service industries would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right person.
