Join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial reporting, reconciliations and treasury operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes, maintain strong controls and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day finance activities.
What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day accounting activities for TLC's Charitable Games business, acting as the key finance contact for stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate financial reporting, reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring strong controls and integrity of the general ledger.
- Support treasury operations, including daily payment processing, banking activities and treasury administration.
- Manage compliance obligations, including the accurate and timely payment of taxes, fees and external audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, documentation, reconciliations and system testing to improve efficiency and automation.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a similar financial accounting role.
- Strong financial systems and Excel skills, with experience using large ERP platforms such as Oracle Financials highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a commitment to accurate reporting, data integrity and compliance.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement, automation and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
