ABOUT THE ROLE

In House Holidays is looking for a reliable and detail focused Housekeeper to join our small, friendly team in Margaret River.

This is a casual position preparing holiday homes for arriving guests. Shifts generally begin between 9:00 am and 10:00 am and typically finish between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, depending on the workload. Thursday and Friday availability is highly regarded.

You will generally work alongside another housekeeper or within a small team, although some independent work may occasionally be required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Cleaning and preparing holiday homes between guest stays
• Making beds and changing linen
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
• Restocking guest amenities and property supplies
• Checking properties for damage or maintenance concerns
• Reporting any issues to management
• Ensuring every home is presented beautifully before guests arrive
• Following safe cleaning and workplace procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliability, punctuality, and good time management
• The ability to work efficiently at a steady pace
• Physical capability to complete cleaning and bed making duties




• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and explicit communication
• A valid driver’s licence
• A minimum six month commitment

Experience within holiday accommodation or hospitality would be an advantage, although training will be provided to the right person.
