The Opportunity: Casual to Part-Time / Full Time

RSB Travel Pty Ltd trading as Coal River Coaches, is a leading provider of transportation services and is seeking experienced and dedicated School Bus Drivers / Tour Operators to join our team. In these various roles, you will be responsible for safely transporting students and charter groups to and from school in 12 / 21 to 57 seat vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate school buses and transport students to and from school

- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, as well as company safety policies

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition

- Assist students with boarding and alighting the bus, and ensure their safety at all times

- Maintain accurate records of routes, times, and student attendance

- Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and the dispatch team

- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents

What We're Looking For

- Current and valid driver's LR to MR licence with a minimum of 6 months experience driving vehicles with 21 to 57 seats

- A current working with vulnerable people license as well as a current public passenger vehicle licence

- Demonstrated safe driving record and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and school staff

- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, which may include early morning and afternoon shifts

- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and any other pre-employment screening required

- Must have no criminal convictions whatsoever on record

- Australian citizenship is required for this position
