About AEON Homes

AEON Homes is a design-led custom joinery studio creating premium kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors and wall panelling for high-end Australian homes.

From our showroom at Home HQ Artarmon, we provide end-to-end design, manufacturing and installation – backed by our own factory in China and an Australia–China design and production team. No middlemen between you and production.

The role

Once the sales and design teams have completed a project, you take it from handover through production, freight, delivery, installation and final completion.

You'll be the single point of contact keeping clients, designers, our China production team, freight providers and installers on the same schedule. When something slips – a late shipment, a site that isn't ready, a defect – you spot it early, sort out a practical fix and keep everyone informed.

This role has no sales, contract or payment responsibilities. It is pure delivery.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday

- Based at our Artarmon showroom and office, with regular visits to project sites across Sydney

- No overseas travel required

- Reports to management

What you'll do

- Take handover of sold and designed projects and build the schedule across production, freight, delivery and installation

- Check handover packs are complete; refer missing or conflicting information back to sales or design

- Coordinate final site measurements and confirm site readiness before delivery and installation

- Track production milestones with our China-based team and chase delays

- Track freight and shipping schedules and communicate changes to clients, installers and internal teams

- Book deliveries, installers, site access and installation dates

- Make sure installers, suppliers and internal teams are working from the latest approved drawings

- Keep clients informed on schedule, installation arrangements and progress





- Attend sites during installation to monitor progress and record conditions, defects and agreed actions

- Coordinate defect rectification, return visits and outstanding works through to final handover

- Escalate delays, defects and site issues to management early, with a proposed fix

- Keep project notes, schedules, photos and our project/CRM system current

What you'll bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating custom joinery, kitchens, cabinetry, residential construction or interior fit-out projects (3+ years preferred)

- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English, spoken and written – you'll deal with Sydney clients and our China production team every day

- Ability to read joinery drawings, plans and specifications

- Working knowledge of joinery installation and residential construction sequencing

- Robust scheduling, follow-up and record-keeping habits

- Calm and practical when schedules or site conditions change

- Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and project/CRM systems

- Current Australian driver licence

- Full Australian working rights, or a temporary visa with full-time work rights

Experience with offshore manufacturing, freight coordination or defect management will be highly regarded.

What we offer

- A$80,000–A$90,000 base + super, depending on experience

- Vehicle allowance for site travel

- Monday to Friday, Artarmon showroom base, Sydney sites only
