About Francom

Francom is a privately owned organisation with a growing portfolio of commercial and philanthropic ventures across APAC and ANZ. With a strong track record of delivering long‑term value, the business is scaling rapidly to meet a significant pipeline of opportunities.

Francom operates in an agile, fast-moving and commercially grounded environment, shaped by pragmatic decision-making, strong leadership alignment and people practices that enable sustainable growth.

The organisation reflects a family-office ethos—thoughtful leadership, deep trust, high employee engagement, and a culture built on integrity, discretion and meaningful impact. Our work is purpose-led and values-aligned, delivering outcomes that benefit people, communities and the planet.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer of Francom Group while also acting as a trusted business partner to the CEO. The CEO holds the dual role of Chief Operating Officer, and the successful candidate will be expected to develop a robust working understanding of both the strategic and operational dimensions of this portfolio.

Working in close partnership with the CEO, you will manage the executive office with precision, discretion and foresight. Beyond delivering exceptional executive support, you will serve as a trusted sounding board and coordination partner—bringing commercial awareness, informed judgement and constructive challenge to help the CEO prioritise, make decisions and maintain momentum across the organisation.

The role sits at the centre of executive activity and requires sound judgement, exceptional organisation and confidence engaging with Board members, the Executive Leadership Team and senior external stakeholders. You will also lead and develop the Executive Assistants and support staff, embedding consistent service standards across the executive support function.

Your New Role

As Executive Assistant and business partner to the CEO, you will provide seamless strategic, administrative and operational support, serving as the principal point of coordination for the CEO’s office. Because the CEO also carries the COO portfolio, you will be expected to get across key operational priorities, reporting cycles, risks, dependencies and business rhythms so you can anticipate needs, connect information, coordinate effectively and support informed executive decision-making.

The business-partner dimension of the role requires you to understand context, identify emerging issues, respectfully test thinking and translate the CEO’s priorities into coordinated action. You will do this without assuming ownership of the CEO’s or COO’s executive accountabilities.

You will anticipate needs, manage complexity and bring structure to competing priorities in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. The role requires absolute discretion, excellent judgement and the confidence to operate professionally at Board and C-suite level.

Regular domestic and international travel with the CEO is an essential requirement.
