Mentone Toyota Service Department is a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers that will be seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service experience by promptly attending to their questions, and bookings in an efficient and courteous manner. If you are not currently in a Service Advisor role we are more than happy to fully train someone for this position.

It is for this reason we require someone who has the the following:

- Be driven and have a high desire to succeed in the Automotive Industry

- Outstanding Customer Service Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills

- A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

- It can get busy at times so you will need to be able to handle multiple customer queries, bookings, and service requests in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

The Role

- Meet and greet customers when they drop off and pick up their vehicles

- Offer customers insights into required services, preventative maintenance, and repair options





- Liaise with the customer throughout the day and provide updates

- Booking service appointments

- Prepare Customers invoices and
