Clerk / Bookkeeper

Qualifications and experience

· Bookkeeper/Finance Certificate III - Desirable

· Prior Experience - Desirable

· Excel Experience

Tasks and responsibilities

· Daily bank reconciliations

· Liaise with Retail Store Managers/Casual staff in relation to daily banking.

· Assist stores with banking/transactional queries





· Liaise with bank with new store setups and transactional queries.

· Liaise with other external stakeholders and internal departments

· Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills

· Determination to succeed/strong work ethic

· Excellent attention to detail

· Professional written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Make a positive contribution to a friendly professional team

· Develop your cross functional skillset to be an asset to the greater finance team

· Assist the Finance team as required
