About the Role

As Centre Director, you'll be the driving force behind the success of Bright Steps Academy Kwinana.
You'll lead and inspire your team, oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, build strong relationships with families and ensure high standards of education, care, compliance and continuous improvement.




You'll also have the unique opportunity to establish the centre's culture from day one and create a team environment where people feel supported, valued and proud to belong.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and NQF
- Confidence in leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
