About the Role
· Specialising in the health sector and experience in the implementation and management of key project database software.
· Focus on finding efficiencies in the way projects are managed from a data-based perspective and synthesising complex requirements into real design outcomes.
· Maintaining the uniformity and design rigour required in creating usable health-care spaces.
About You
Describe the skills and professional attributes of the person who will do best in this role to help the candidate self-assess and see themselves in the role. Include:
· Background in health and managing project data bases
· Degree-qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design, or a related discipline, with 3–7 years' experience in BIM and Health Information management or similar roles
· Advanced dRofus, Revit skills, with experience leading BIM management on multidisciplinary projects
· Strong understanding of consultant coordination, project delivery workflows
· Collaborative, organised, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
· Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in digital delivery
