Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR Systems & Processes. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, Finance and the broader HR team, you'll pay a key role in improving systems and supporting employee experience.

Your key tasks and requirements will include: -

- Administer HRIRS ensuring data integrity at all times
- Acting as a conduit between Payroll and Finance teams, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected before submission for approval
- Manage all employee changes in the HRIS including new starters, terminations, role changes and salary updates
- Act as first point of contact for employee and payroll queries
- Manage system enhancements and improvements
- Provide administration support the team and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives
- Produce and maintain monthly metrics dashboard (headcount, turnover, recruitment reporting)
- Prepare and submit WGEA reports and remuneration survey submissions
- Support the P&C; Advisor with data preparation for salary review and bonus processes
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support P&C; decisions

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications




- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HRIS Admin or P&C; Support
- Experience with a HRIS platform
- Confidence using Excel at intermediate level Excel (ideally including Vlookups and pivot tables)
- A strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of Australian payroll requirements and employment legislation would be desirable
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills & solid relationships building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary guide is $80,000 + Super + $5,000 Bonus and standard hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. Hybrid work from home / work is one of the benefits, being 3 days in the office (Sydney CBD) & 2 days working from home per week. This role is available due to internal promotion - there is plenty of opportunity to progress in the future with this company.
