About the Role
Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, modelling, tender preparation and performance analysis across the organisation. You'll work closely with operational leaders, finance teams and executive stakeholders to provide meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Coordinating budgets, forecasts and scenario planning across multiple business areas.
- Conducting financial analysis, sensitivity modelling and business case evaluations.
- Providing actionable insights on financial and operational performance.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
- Supporting tender submissions through pricing, budgeting and commercial analysis.
- Driving improvements in management reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Enhancing data integrity,
governance and reporting consistency across finance systems.

About You
You are a curious, analytical and commercially astute finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing outcomes through data-driven insights.
To be successful, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance,
management accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
- Experience analysing complex financial and operational data and translating it into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working within large, complex or multi-entity organisations.
- Exposure to systems such as Workday Adaptive, NetSuite or similar planning/ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders confidently.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (or currently working towards completion).
