Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded high-end residential builder to find an experienced Site Supervisor to take the reins on their architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney.

This is a builder that has carved out a genuine reputation at the premium end of the market. They deliver bespoke, one-off homes in the $2m to $6m range, the kind of work where craftsmanship and finish are everything and no two projects are ever the same. Every build is its own challenge, from getting complex homes out of the ground on difficult sites through to the detailed, high-spec finishes their clients expect.

Their current supervisor is moving on, and they're looking for someone who can step in and run their sites from start to finish. Importantly, this is not a business that micromanages. You'll be given a capable team and the autonomy to build the way you know best, without being forced into a rigid corporate process. They want an operator they can trust to take ownership and get on with it.

About the role

- Take full ownership of high-end custom residential builds, from ground works through to handover
- Manage trades, suppliers, programme and site sequencing across concurrent projects
- Problem-solve on the tricky stuff, tight access, sloping and awkward sites, and structurally complex builds




- Uphold the exacting finish quality and attention to detail these homes are known for
- Act as a key point of contact on site, liaising with clients, architects and consultants throughout the build
- Keep sites safe, compliant and running to programme

What they're looking for

- A carpentry trade background (essential), you understand how a home goes together because you've done it
- Proven site supervision experience on high-end, custom or architectural residential
- The ability to run a job autonomously and genuinely take ownership of your sites
- Strong trade coordination, programme management and an eye for detail
- Someone who takes pride in the finished product and wants to see their name on quality homes
- A NSW driver's licence

The details
Sites sit predominantly across the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore, with the occasional project further afield. On offer is a salary in the range of $130k to $150k plus super, along with the chance to work for a builder with a real name in the high-end space and a pipeline of genuinely compelling homes.
