About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer with a strong background in Form, Reo, Pour (FRP) for major civil infrastructure projects across Victoria.

You will play a key role in delivering high-volume concrete works on some of the state's most high-profile infrastructure projects, including the West Gate Tunnel, North East Link, Suburban Rail Loop, Level Crossing Removal. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of projects that are shaping Victoria's transport future — managing complex, large-scale FRP packages including bridges, road pavements, retaining structures, tunnels, and associated civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the technical aspects of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring activities.

- Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project plans and schedules.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve any on-site issues.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and cost reports.





- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

About You:

- 4+ years' experience in project engineering within civil construction, particularly withing FRP

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale FRP packages on infrastructure projects

- Robust knowledge of concrete placement, formwork systems, reinforcement, curing, and QA/QC procedures

- Familiarity with Victorian infrastructure specifications (MRPV, RPV, LXRP, MTIA standards)

- Experience working on or with Tier 1 contractors on major transport infrastructure projects

- Skilled in project scheduling software (MS Project) and cost control systems

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- White Card, current driver's licence, and appropriate site certifications
