What You’ll Do

- Welcome and support customers throughout their service journey

- Manage bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups

- Liaise with workshop and parts teams

- Handle invoicing and WIP

- Explain repairs (training provided)

- Maintain strong customer relationships

- Strong communication and customer service skills





- Friendly, skilled, and organised

Favourable Extras
