Blade Pile is a family-owned business that has been operating since 2007. We are an creative organisation covering manufacturing, contracting and installation of steel pile foundations. Our factory in Yatala utilises advanced manufacturing technologies to provide the best quality, price and volume to our customers.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our factory on either the day shift or afternoon shift and assist with running our robotic welding cells and automated laser cutting cell. Full training will be provided by our team on all machinery.

This position requires a hands-on, skilled individual who is capable of learning and operating automated cells and laser cutting machinery while helping in other areas when needed.

- Operate and maintain automated robotic cells, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow.

- Use forklift to load and unload production cells + occasional other duties.

- Ensure all products meet quality specifications and adhere to safety protocols.

- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery when needed.





- Support team members as needed.

Role Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing (preferrably steel fabrication).

- Forklift ticket and experience operating forklifts.

- Ability to work within a team and support others when needed.

- Excellent attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to meet deadlines.

Beneficial Experience

- Welding or welding robot skills.

- Laser cutting experience.

- Any other applicable experience over and above the role requirements.

Shift Details:

- Day Shift - 5:30am to 2:00pm Mon-Thu, 5:30am to 11:30am on Friday.

- Afternoon Shift - 2:00pm to 10:30pm Mon-Thu, 11:30am to 5:30pm on Friday.
