The Opportunity

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, privately owned businesses, and complex groups
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted business adviser
- Review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work
- Provide advice across tax planning, structuring, and broader business matters
- Manage workflow and oversee, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Work directly with Partners on complex tax and advisory matters

About You

- Experience at Client Manager, Manager or experienced Supervisor level within Australian public practice
- 5+ years Tax & Business Services experience
- Experience managing a portfolio and developing client relationships
- Strong review skills and experience mentoring accounting staff
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Able to work independently within a collaborative remote environment
