The Roles

Two newly available positions have opened up within a small, close knit events team at a premier wedding and event venue, reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager. Whether you're an emerging coordinator or an experienced planner ready to take on more responsibility, you'll play a hands on role in bringing wedding celebrations to life from initial planning through to the big day.

This is a fast paced, detail driven position suited to someone who thrives on keeping every moving part of an event on track. One role suits someone with around a year of coordination experience, while the second is suited to a more experienced planner (around three years) who can also step in to support sales when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate weddings and events from initial booking through handover to the operations team for delivery
- Liaise closely with couples, suppliers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Handle all details of administration, correspondence and documentation with accuracy and care
- Work collaboratively with venue and culinary teams to problem solve and deliver a smooth event
- Maintain strong organisation, particularly during peak periods
- Uphold a high standard of service, professionalism and attention to detail throughout

The Candidate

You're an organised, reliable and genuinely passionate wedding professional who takes pride in getting the details right.



You're comfortable working in a fast moving environment and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

- 1–3 years' experience in event and/or wedding coordination, ideally gained at another event venue
- Highly organised with robust administrative skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable managing a high volume of bookings and shifting priorities, especially during peak season
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative working environment
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with couples, suppliers and internal teams
- For the more experienced role, the confidence to support sales conversations is essential
- Genuine commitment to the wedding and events industry
- Honest, dependable and trustworthy, with the flexibility to work autonomously

Salary & Benefits

- $70K–$90K plus super, depending on experience
- Two full time, permanent positions available
- Free on site parking
- Monday to Friday role based at the venue
