Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super + Bonus on Leases Signed

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Growth Manager/BDM to join a growing residential property management business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership-focused position that combines property management operations, business development and portfolio growth.

The role is designed for someone who understands what makes a high-performing property management department operate efficiently, while also having the ability to identify, build and convert opportunities to grow a rental portfolio.

The Role

The Growth Manager/BDM will play a key role in improving the day-to-day performance of the property management department, while actively working with warm leads and prospective landlords to secure new managements.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery, whilst taking ownership of business growth by converting inbound and existing opportunities into new rental listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the leadership team in improving the structure, systems and day-to-day operation of the property management department.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, communication and overall service delivery.
- Manage and follow up warm leads and landlord enquiries generated through the business.
- Build strong relationships with prospective landlords and understand their property management needs.
- Conduct property appraisals and present the benefits of professional property management.
- Convert warm opportunities into new managements and rental properties.
- Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.




- Work collaboratively with the wider property management team.
- Assist with developing processes and strategies that support portfolio growth and long-term client retention.

- Strong experience within residential real estate.
- Excellent understanding of property management processes, compliance and client service.
