What You’ll Do (The Variety):
You will manage multiple channels—handling walk-ins, phone calls, and emails—while taking ownership of your own daily schedule.

- Customer Connection: Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, managing general enquiries, new canopy sales, parts, service, and warranty requests.

- Sales Support: Assist with the sales process by preparing accurate, itemised quotes within 24 hours and keeping clients updated on their order progress.

- Tech & Administration: Process sales orders, update part numbers,



and ensure data entry is flawless so shipping and invoicing can run automatically.

- Logistics & Coordination: Look after the parts pipeline, arrange dispatch and freight, manage service schedules, and prep job cards for daily production meetings.

What You Bring:

- Organisational Skills: High-level time management to keep your day structured and meet deadlines.

- Communication: A friendly, professional phone manner and clear written skills for emails.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new systems (experience with MYOB is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential!).
