We are seeking a Fleet Administration & Customer Service Officer to join a busy fleet team in Wingfield, SA. This position is suitable for an experienced Administrator, Customer Service Officer or Fleet Administrator seeking to develop their career within the transport and fleet industry.

The initial assignment is until 12/10/2026, with the potential for an extension and Temp to Perm for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administration and customer service support to the fleet team
- Coordinate and maintain fleet data, systems and processes
- Coordinate parts orders and liaise with suppliers and vendors




- Process fleet repair work orders and raise purchase orders
- Assist with equipment repairs and servicing
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers and internal stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries and provide professional customer service
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Fleet, transport or logistics experience is highly regarded
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach
