Whitebridge Contracts is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a long-term FIFO civil construction project.

This is a casual, hourly-rate position on a 2:1 FIFO roster, with an initial 6–12 month contract and potential for extension for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing day-to-day HSE support across civil construction activities

- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations

- Assisting with risk assessments, JHAs and SWMS

- Incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions

- Pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety communications

- Maintaining HSE documentation and reporting





- Ensuring compliance with Rio Tinto HSE standards and site procedures

- Working closely with supervisors and crews to maintain a strong safety culture

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ Rio Tinto experience

- Fully compliant with current Rio Tinto training requirements

- Previous HSE Advisor experience within civil construction

- Robust knowledge of WHS and risk management

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

- Available for a 2:1 FIFO roster
