PARC Engineering is hiring passionate and motivated Site Administrators & Project Administrators who will act as a key link between our site team and Perth office. This role will provide daily administrative support to the site management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of maintenance, shutdown and construction activities. We have multiple opportunities available, both FIFO 2&1 rosters & Monday to Friday local positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager and project team.
- Arrange ongoing flights & accommodation as per project requirements.
- Maintain site rosters and personnel movements, assisting with leave tracking & roster changes.
- Verify site attendance, reviewing and submitting timesheet records.
- Update training and compliance registers & project documentation.
- Support workforce scheduling and mobilisation planning.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations and correspondence.
- Assist with purchase orders and site procurement.
- Coordinate office supplies and site facilities.
- Liaise directly with the client and internal mobilisation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Support communication between site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and head office.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative role within construction, mining, oil & gas or infrastructure industries
- Experience using client systems and software such as INX, Damstra, SAP, Success Factors, PRONTO, QSAM/Workflow, Corporate Traveller etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with a particular focus on Excel
- Previous site-based experience or FIFO exposure highly regarded
- A can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation, communication & interpersonal skills
