THE ROLE

Palisade Business Consulting, a boutique professional services firm based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time (negotiable) capacity for a contract period of six months. There may be a possibility to extend the contact following the end of the six months for the right candidate.

A strong work ethic, common sense and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the role, you will:

- Handle all aspects of client’s financial accounts





- Coding of client financial data and transactions

- Processing client payroll requirements

- Preparation of BAS, IAS etc

- Preparation of creditor payments

- Reconciliation of accounts to Trial Balance

- Filing and archiving of records.

- Other administration tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have at least 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper in Australia. Your experiences should include:

- Knowledge of MYOB and Xero including data entry and payroll functions

- A solid client focus and ability to work in a team

- Common sense
