About the role

Workplace Services is at the heart of creating exceptional ATO workplaces, delivering safe, modern and high-performing environments where staff can thrive. From managing day-to-day building operations and engaging with key stakeholders to providing expert property advice, driving continuous improvement and enhancing service outcomes, our team combines practical problem-solving, innovation and outstanding client service to ensure every ATO site is welcoming, efficient and future-ready.

Your duties

- Lead and support an onsite team to deliver exceptional workplace services and a welcoming employee experience.
- Manage day-to-day building operations to ensure ATO facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
- Build strong relationships with clients, service providers and business partners to resolve complex and time-critical issues.




- Provide trusted advice on facilities and property matters while driving continuous improvement, governance and risk management.
- Champion outstanding client service, innovation and professionalism to enhance the onsite workplace experience.

These roles will be offered in Albury, Brisbane CBD, Gosford, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt.
