We are looking for a capable Surveyor to join a stable, well-regarded WA surveying team. They are a great WA Survey business with around 20 employees, have low staff turnover, and work with repeat clients who regularly ask for their surveyors by name. The work is mainly civil and infrastructure surveying across Main Roads projects, local government and shires, major contractors and private clients. Around 60% of their workload is directly engaged government work, giving their team a strong pipeline and genuine continuity between projects, but they also have several key clients in the resources sector offering greenfields minesite project work.

About the role

As Surveyor you will work across a mix of Perth metro, Wheatbelt and regional WA projects, with occasional FIFO/DIDO assignments in areas such as the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West and Kimberley. Locally based work is generally within four hours of Perth, with typical full-time staff working around 50 hours per week when local workloads are busy. About you

- You can complete survey calculations confidently and accurately
- You know how to carry out "conventional surveys" properly, not just collect data
- You can produce a clear, coherent report explaining what you did
- You value long-term stability and being part of a team, not just chasing the next project
- You are comfortable being away when the work is there and working from the Perth office between projects
- You are competent using Leica Total Stations, 12D or Carlsen software
- You have a great attitude, capacity to learn and problem-solving ability
