About the role

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role working across vehicles, trailers and caravans. You'll work across a wide variety of vehicles, so we're looking for someone who is confident, practical and enjoys problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

- Fitting tow bars
- Fitting bull bars
- Installing brake controllers
- Automotive wiring and electrical components
- Fitting other vehicle accessories and aftermarket products
- Trailer and caravan repairs
- Trailer and caravan servicing and maintenance
- Checking and maintaining trailer components, including brakes, bearings, suspension and running gear

About you

- Previous experience in automotive accessory fitting, auto parts fitting, trailer/caravan repairs or a similar mechanical role
- Mechanically minded and confident using hand and power tools




- Experienced with basic 12V automotive wiring
- Confident carrying out general repairs and servicing
- Able to read and follow fitting instructions
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Particular about the quality of your work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Safety conscious and organised
- A current Australian driver's licence holder
