The Executive Team is the powerhouse behind the Women's, leading the way with both functional and clinical expertise. And right beside them? The Executive Support Team—the ultimate partners! We keep things running smoothly by taking on everything from business admin and personal assistance to looking at the big picture and making sense of all the details.

About the role

Excited to be the powerhouse behind a dynamic team of Directors? As an Executive Assistant you’re a strategic partner, delivering top-tier Executive Assistant support with an incredible Team Leader by your side. From managing schedules to ensuring everything runs seamlessly, you'll be at the center of the action in this fast-paced role—because let’s be honest, nothing happens without an epic EA!

A regular day may see you:

- As the ultimate planner and communication guru, you’ll keep a team of Directors running like clockwork—managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless workflow. Whether you’re drafting skilled memos, liaising with hospital staff, organising events, or prepping key meetings, you’ll be behind-the-scenes making everything happen with precision and clarity.
- Ensuring every interaction is professional and respectful. With sharp problem-solving skills, you'll navigate conflicts, prioritise tasks, and strategically manage issues—escalating when needed to keep everything running smoothly.




- You'll gather and present key data from internal and external sources, transforming information into clear reports and visuals. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help refine processes, contribute to service development, and efficiently manage project activities under the guidance of leadership.

About you

You’ll bring with you:

- A knack for building productive relationships, you professionally represent the organisation while navigating the complexities of a healthcare and government environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, expertise in organising high-level meetings and events (including minute-taking), and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring trust and professionalism in every interaction.
