Central Queensland Exploration is a privately owned specialist in exploration and mine services drilling, backed by more than 20 years of proven experience. Our reputation is built on safety, reliability, and consistently exceeding client expectations, and we’re looking for a motivated Driller to join our Exploration, Large Diameter, and SIS (Surface In Seam) divisions.

You’ll be part of a high-performing drilling team operating across diverse sites and conditions. The role requires hands-on capability, solid situational awareness, and a commitment to safe, efficient operations.

Requirements of the successful applicant:

- Manual Open License is essential

- Heavy Rigid License is essential

- Certificate III in Drilling Operations is essential

- S11 (advantage)

- CBM (advantage)

- Must be reliable, motivated, and committed to working as part of a team

- Must be capable of working ‘Actively’ outdoors in various climates

- Must have positive communication skills to liaise with clients and other members of the team

- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Work Safe Practices

- Confidence to operate/maintain equipment and tools safely and correctly
