About the Role

As the Team Leader for our Rollforming team, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily rollforming production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive work workplace. You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading & Developing the Rollforming Team: Motivate, supervise, and mentor production staff, assign tasks, and drive team performance.

- Production Oversight: Coordinate daily rollforming activities to meet targets and deadlines while optimising workflow.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, conduct regular checks, and promote a culture of quality within the team.

- Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct briefings, and ensure proper use of PPE.

- Continuous Improvement:



Implement lean manufacturing principles and encourage team-driven process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with rollforming processes

- Proven leadership experience in a leading hand or supervisory role

- Robust understanding of rollforming manufacturing processes and quality control

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

- Proficiency with systems and software including MS Office
