About the Role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey - from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

- Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
- Managing the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
- Maximising opportunities across used vehicle stock
- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Following up leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team

About You
