About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Advisor, People & Culture to join the dnata catering & retail team at Melbourne Airport. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture (VIC/SA), you will partner with leaders to deliver practical people solutions, provide expert ER/IR advice, support workforce initiatives, and drive key people programs across a diverse operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with operational leaders to provide practical and commercially focused people solutions.
- Support employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, attendance and investigations.
- Deliver workforce initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, engagement and workforce stability.
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and support organisational change, people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and company policies.





About You

- Experience in a HR Business Partner, People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role is highly preferred.
- Experience partnering with operational leaders in a complex, high-volume or operational workplace.
- Strong employee and industrial relations knowledge and experience.
- Experience supporting change initiatives and workforce projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality or other operational environments is advantageous.
